WARRANTY POLICY

  1. We offer a warranty of Minimum 12 Months for all our products from the date of manufacturing. This Warranty policy applies to products procured via Online, Retail or our Channel Partners. Different products have different warranty periods.
  2. The warranty includes all manufacturing defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing process if such defects are revealed during the warranty period. The products are considered defective if it fails to perform as indicated in the Operation Manual / Technical Specifications. The Warranty does not cover consumables or parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear.
  3. Warranty means the repair or replacement of defective parts. It will not cover complete replacement of product, unless certified as completely non-functional by the manufacturer.
WARRANTY is applied for:
  • Any Manufacturing Defect acknowledged by the manufacturer.
  • Design Defect in the circuit acknowledged by the manufacturer.
WARRANTY is not applied for defects occurring under following conditions:
  • Damage due to physical abuse like mis-handling, improper mounting, rough handling.
  • Damage due to improper electrical connections, improper load and improper voltage other than specified.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to any natural or manmade disasters like riots, floods, explosion, plant breakdown, extreme weather conditions, water, heat, moisture, civil commodities, etc.

WARRANTY PROCESS

Please report the failure or fault to our consumer support on +91-9673300221 or through email on our mail id: services@negaveez.com. Our Customer Support representative will try their best to resolve the issue over phone call or by email reply. We expect your full co-operation with our customer care representative in order to resolve the issue remotely.

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and the product is under warranty, we request you to send the product along with photocopy of invoice to our works at the following address -

Once the product is shipped to us you are requested to share the shipping details to services@negaveez.com

After receipt of faulty product at our works, the Service Personnel will inspect the product and repair the same. After due repair & Testing, we will ship it back to you within 3 working days. If the problem not solved within this period, the Service personnel will communicate with you the further course of action & dispatch schedule.

PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customer can return the products purchased directly from Shriyuj Electro Controls or any other sources like Online, Retail or our Channel Partners within 7 DAYS ("Return Period") from date of purchase.

Refund will be processed on the following conditions:
  • The product is returned in good condition without any damaged while in your possession;
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • The product is returned in original condition (with Manufacturer's Packing Box, MRP tag, User Manual, Warranty Card and all the accessories therein)

Your Device is not eligible for return / refund after the return period has expired. This does not affect the Company’s Warranty Policy.
To return your product within 7 days of receipt if purchased from Shriyuj Electro Controls

Prepare the Device for return :

The Original Packing Box should be in good condition, with all the relevant accessories in it. The product should not be damaged in any manner and to be shipped to our works at the following address -

Processing of Refund: :

Once the product is received in good condition at our end, our Refund Department will request you the appropriate mode for refund of payment. You will be intimated about the same through phone call / email.

If the product is purchased from the other sources like Retail Store or our Channel Partners, you must return the products to the respective agency from where you made the purchase. Shriyuj Electro Controls is not directly responsible for refund of payment in such cases.
